HOW CAN AI4TALENT HELP YOUR COMPANY?
Our Contract to Hire (C2H) service is designed to help organisations close the Pega skills gap by creating a pool of educated, skilled and talented Pega professionals.
ai4talent handles the entire recruitment process for our C2H customers, including search, selection, interviewing, offer and contracts. What’s more, we also provide best-in-class training to successful candidates before they start working for you.
We will carry out a site visit and application design review for businesses with existing teams so that all Contract to Hire staff are up to speed not only with the technology and its best practices, but also with the business-specific use case and implementation.
Unlike other companies offering similar services, we continue to develop our C2H employees, ensuring they remain up to date with technological advances and new product versions. We also provide ongoing mentoring and support for all our hires.
Our C2H staff cover all aspects of project delivery, including all levels of developer, business analysis, decisioning consultancy, data science and project management. All individuals are expected to pass a role-specific programme e.g., CSA, CSSA, CLSA and more.
In the unlikely event that a Contract to Hire resource is underperforming, they will be swapped out without fuss or penalty to you. All individuals remain employees of ai4process for the entire C2H period (generally two years) before transferring to the customer’s payroll.
